Job ResponsibilitiesYour Responsibilities Responsible for the Molding area (engineering, production, quality, tooling and maintenance); Responsible for meeting orders regarding deadline, volume, and quality, so that the customer requirements are met; The planning of the production, taking into account an optimum utilization of systems and staff; Responsible for errors and effective action plans for solutions; Responsibility for department KPIs – OEE (availability, performance, quality/IPPM), EPPM, scrap costs, spare parts consumption, spare parts costs; Responsible for equipment capacity calculation; Responsibility for machines specifications and new machines installation; Manages the processes based on certification requirements and continuous improvement.
