About the RoleWe are looking for a Marketing Lead (Growth Manager) to drive marketing strategy and scale our startup brands. This role is perfect for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments. You’ll work directly with the CEO and creative team (designers, videographers, editors) to build impactful campaigns, strengthen brand presence, and grow audiences across digital platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement marketing strategies for each company (B2B and B2C). Plan and manage digital campaigns, PR, and content calendars.
Define target audiences and positioning to differentiate each brand. Growth & PerformanceScale social media presence (reach, engagement, followers). Drive lead generation and client acquisition for B2B companies. Oversee analytics, set KPIs, and optimize performance. Team CollaborationWork closely with graphic designers, videographers, and editors to turn strategies into campaigns. Provide clear creative direction to ensure content aligns with brand goals. Coordinate cross-company campaigns when needed. Brand DevelopmentBuild strong brand identities for each company. Explore partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations. Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across all channels.
Requirements3–5 years of experience in marketing, growth, or brand management (agency or startup background preferred). Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools. Ability to manage multiple brands and projects at once. Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to growth. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
