Job Description

Job PurposeLead the planning, coordination, and execution of seasonal decorations, events, activations, and production activities across Business Units, ensuring alignment with the brand’s direction and delivering engaging customer experiences. ResponsibilitiesSeasonal DecorationsReceive creative briefs from the Department Head and develop themes for seasonal decorations. Coordinate with designers to create design concepts and mockups. Source, evaluate, and select vendors for decoration production and installation. Oversee vendor work to ensure alignment with approved mockups. Arrange additional materials for minor in-house installations. Conduct regular inspections to ensure decoration stability and quality.

 POSM & Collateral ProductionCollaborate with internal teams to produce POSM and collateral materials. Research and evaluate vendors based on price, quality, and feasibility. Prepare price comparisons for vendor recommendations. Work with designers to determine production specifications. Supervise vendor production and perform quality checks. Arrange urgent procurement of materials when required.  Event Management & ActivationPlan, design, and present event and activation concepts for approval. Liaise with event agencies and internal teams for smooth execution. Manage events, including equipment rental and logistics. Oversee creative aspects such as layout, backdrops, photo booths, standees, banners, and props.

 KOL (Key Opinion Leader) ManagementIdentify and negotiate with suitable KOLs for marketing campaigns. Collaborate with KOLs to develop storylines for campaigns, especially for Retail Business Units. Draft and review scripts for approval. Coordinate location setup and logistics for KOL shoots. Monitor and report KOL social media activities to the Department Head. QualificationsBachelor’s degree and related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, event management, or production roles. Strong vendor management, negotiation, and project coordination skills. Creative mindset with an eye for detail in design and production. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Myanmar.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, or extended hours for events.
