The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer support inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks will involve responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of communication. Additionally, the role may involve some sales responsibilities.
