Family members, Insurance and mobile expensesOverall Experience: 8+ years (atleast 3+ years in L3 support)Skills: Storage Administration, Mainframe, ITIL ProcessesRequisites:Provide L2/L3 level support for Storage in a mission-critical banking environment.Perform daily health checks, monitoring, and routine tasks using runbooks.Acknowledge and triage alerts; log and update incidents in ServiceNow/BMC.Execute backups/restores and routine jobs under change and supervision.Escalate to L2/L3 with accurate diagnostics, logs, and metrics.Strong documentation, evidence-driven troubleshooting, and clear communication with stakeholders.Ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.Interested?
