As Country Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic direction, enhancing operational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performing, values-led culture. Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategic planning and execution across all business functions to ensure alignment with organisational objectives. Oversee financial management, budgeting, and profitability, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks and policies. Support the GM and CEO through high-quality governance, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Drive people and culture strategies including talent acquisition, development, performance, and employee engagement.
