Maintenance and Operation Manager

Responsibilities :Oversee the maintenance and operation and Rehabilitation of critical infrastructure, including power systems, HVAC, water treatment, and security systems within the industrials .Ensure all facilities meet , safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all systems and equipment.Manage facility budgets, procurement of materials, and contractor/vendor relationships.Lead emergency response planning and facility-related incident management.Supervise a multidisciplinary team of technicians, engineers, and contractors.Monitor and report on the performance of building systems and ensure operational efficiency.Plan and oversee construction, renovation, or expansion projects within the city.Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, safety drills, and equipment logs.Prepare project tender documents related to facilities, follow up on procedures with relevant departments within the organization, and oversee their implementation.Carrying out the tasks assigned by the management.Qualifications :More than 8 years of experience in facility or property management (preferably in military or high-security industrial environments).Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)Location :Al Kharj
