Maintenance Engineer

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Elecrtical) or equivalent.Required skill(s): proactive, excellent interpersonal and communications, problem identification and solving, Innovative, MS Excel, MS Office.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Maintenance at Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.Full-Time position(s)To setup a systematic preventive maintenance routines on all equipment, including robots, conveyors, oven, etc.To assist in developing tools and equipment for production such as painting jig, assembly table, and others.Provide coaching and training to manufacturing staffs on critical handling of machines. Perform emergency field repairs and trouble shooting of operation problems of machinery and equipment with on call basis.Provide maintenance support to the plant operations in order to achieve minimum downtime and maximum productionTo identify and ensure plant maintenance activities are carried out according to approved programs and regulatory requirementTo improve machines performance through data analyzing and preventive maintenanceYou will lead a group of technicians in performing the maintenance of supply system and machineries and to provide training to new technician that join the company.To oversee the performance of all machineries specifically with regards to efficiency, productivity and spare parts To ensure all documents pertaining robot conditions and machine maintenance schedule are well documented and updated at all times
