Job Description

Your tasksWe are currently looking for experienced Maintenance Engineer. The role supports production by defining and following preventive and predictive maintenance instructions. The aim being to have stable production with minimized time of breakdowns. The role works closely with production and NPI teams. Automation Engineer involves work across 2 manufacturing plants (Nawojowa Góra and Pisary).Key tasks:Definition of maintenance planAssurance that maintenance plan is followedElimination of breakdowns root causesAnalysing of break downs and update of maintenance plan if applicableMinimizing break down time by quick elimination of stoppages root-causeAssurance that Machine Directive is properly implementedSupporting NPI team in implementation of new processes and in improving of existing processesDevelopment of automated assembly equipment to provide improved capacity, quality, yields and costHands-on technical support of automated and manual assembly equipment and processesActive participation in the team responsible for new equipment specificationManaging of spare parts warehousePerforming assessment of new equipment and processesYour profileTechnical higher education supported by experience in maintaining automated processes3+ years’ experience in maintenance area (high precision assembly in automated assembly environments will be an advantage)Experience of PLC controllers programming and in using National Instruments and sequencing softwareKnowledge of script languages supporting to data analysis (Python, VBA etc)Analytical thinking, data analysis, experience with statistical process control at automationExperience of programming high precision electro-mechanical control systemsExperience in service and maintaining of machines and equipment being part of automated processesAbility to read automatic, pneumatic and electrical diagramsAbility to define problem, root cause and effective corrective action implementationProven ability to improve assembly processesKnowlege of BI tools (Power BI) will be an advantage Able to conceptualize assembly and automation methods and to understand interactions between components, processes and product performanceExperience in laser welding and laser soldering advantageousExperience with vision system programing (Cognex, Omron, Balluf, Sick)Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and through written reports, in Polish and EnglishCapable of working within a multi-discipline teamEnergy, enthusiasm and a commitment to quality and on-time deliveryWhy HUBER+SUHNER Polatis?Our aim is to be the employer of choice and as such you can be assured of a market leading remuneration package that matches your skills and experience.
