From bytes to bolts, Bugatti Rimac is where everything happens.At Bugatti Rimac, we merge Bugatti’s heritage with Rimac’s electric innovation to shape the future of performance and sustainability.As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for improving and maintaining machines and production layouts in line with manufacturing needs. You will continuously enhance safety, quality, and productivity across all production departments, while solving technical problems and recommending actions based on data and sound engineering judgment.This role also involves developing and training manufacturing personnel on process documentation and managing manufacturing projects.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and update maintenance plans with monthly consumption data from the planned budget.Validate that all preventive maintenance check documents are properly completed by operators.Assist in the yearly calibration process and maintain an up-to-date record of all calibration certificates.Monitor the workflow for introducing new fixed assets and assist with the fixed asset register.Support the development of processing plans, routing structures, work center layouts, methods, material handling systems, labor requirements, time studies, and cost analyses.Conduct ergonomic job evaluations and implement workstation designs that meet safety and ergonomic standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new facility requirements and production line implementation.Implement and procure new tightening equipment according to project schedules and needs.Lead maintenance technicians or external vendors in troubleshooting and resolving complex equipment failures.Work closely with engineering, quality, production, and procurement to resolve any issues hindering production.Create optimized machine spare parts lists, define minimum/maximum levels, and perform parts criticality analyses.Ensure all necessary validation and verification of equipment is performed before production launch.Assist in preparing yearly maintenance plans and budgets for spare parts and maintenance services.Design factory layouts to support new business needs.Skills & CompetenciesBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or another relevant engineering discipline.5+ years of direct experience in machine maintenance and/or factory design.Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance processes, machine reliability, and repair practices.Experience developing and/or approving maintenance procedures.Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in an engineering environment.Excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to develop and deliver training.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to technical excellence.Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.Experience using Infor LN (ERP) is an advantage.Proficiency with 2D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, DraftSight) is preferred.What We OfferMeaningful work on cutting-edge projectsFlexible hours and remote work optionsTransportation supportComprehensive health and wellness coverageFree meals, coffee, and snacks on-siteRegular team events and company celebrationsFamily-friendly perks (kindergarten support, gifts, etc.)Employee discounts for you and your pets
