Job Description:Plan and carry out preventive and predictive maintenance for all production machines (manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic assembly machines, and testing machines) together with the maintenance team.Reduce machine breakdowns and meet targets for repair time and reliability.Help Technicians fix problems quickly and find long-term solutions to prevent the same issues from happening again.Encourage teamwork and knowledge sharing among Technicians to improve skills and experience.Identify training needs and arrange training to develop the team’s technical skills.Identify important spare parts, make sure they are always available, and avoid shortages.Monitor spare part usage and costs, and take action if there is unusual or high consumption.Supervise and motivate Technicians to provide good service, respond quickly to problems, and control maintenance costs.Lead improvement projects to solve performance issues or replace outdated equipment.Detect possible safety risks or near-misses and take quick action to prevent accidents.Provide clear troubleshooting guides for common machine problems.Give daily updates on any machine issues during team meetings.Support design or engineering changes and machine modification projects.Work closely with the Industrial team on new projects from the early stages.Communicate with suppliers for service, spare parts, and other maintenance needs.Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.Good English communication skills (spoken and written).At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment.Hands-on experience with manual, semi-auto, and fully automatic assembly or testing machines (standard or customized).Able to troubleshoot and repair assembly and testing machines.Basic knowledge of pneumatic and vacuum systems, soldering, sensors, timers, PLCs, motors, and inverters.Comfortable using computers, IT devices, and basic networking.Experience with PLC software, Visual Basic (.NET), and Microsoft SQL (required). Experience with LabView or communication protocols (Modbus, Modbus TCP, CAN) is an advantage.Able to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics.Good understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and maintenance cost control.Motivated to find ways to reduce downtime, control spare part usage, and improve preventive maintenance.Able to lead and support a high-performing maintenance team.Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
