You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to deliver maintenance excellence through a proactive and data-driven approach.In this role, you will:Develop, implement, and optimise preventive and predictive maintenance plansManage and enhance the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Collaborate with operations, IT, and maintenance teams to improve asset reliabilityAnalyse maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and cost efficiencySupport asset management, tagging, and criticality assessmentsEnsure health, safety, and operational compliance at all timesWhat Skills You NeedDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or time-served technician with 5+ years’ experience in a maintenance engineering roleProven experience using and optimising CMMS platformsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailKnowledge of asset management principles and maintenance best practicesWhat’s on OfferSalary: €50,000 – €55,000 (DOE)Benefits: Healthcare and PensionHybrid Work: Opportunity to work partially from home after trainingCareer progression within a growing and sustainability-driven organisationWhat’s NextApply now by clicking the “Apply Now” button or contact Matt Jurek on +353 21 461 5741 for more information.
