Our core values of Courage, Trust, Integrity, and Ownership guide our growth, and this is where great people like you come in!About The RoleReporting to the Site Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing any mechanical systems and equipment across our facility. This role will take place over the afternoon shift.Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in machinery,Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment and systems reliable and reduce breakdowns.Install and upgrade mechanical systems of machineryEnsure safety and compliance with mechanical codes, standards, and workplace health & safety.Document and report maintenance activities including repairs, inspections, and system updates.The PersonTo be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar role preferably in the food / FMCG landscape. You will also have previous experience and skills regarding the following.Mechanical installations, repairs, and maintenance of industrial/food processing equipment.Fault finding in complex mechanical systems and machinery to meet production targets.Perform both breakdown response and preventive maintenance, including routine facility upkeep.Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings.Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills.Identify and implement improvements in maintenance practices and plant performance.Computer literacy with experience using maintenance systems (e.g., MEX).Knowledge of WHS principles and compliance with safety standards.Trade-qualified mechanical fitter; prior experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.What We OfferWe're more than just food - we're about people, purpose, and culture.
