This role involves leading the maintenance team, managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and optimizing asset performance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to);Leadership & ManagementLead and coach the maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and reliability engineers).Define and implement maintenance strategies aligned with operational goals.Maintenance Planning & ExecutionDevelop and oversee preventive, condition, and corrective maintenance programs.Plan and supervise preventive and conditional maintenance plan. Assist commissioning team and vendors for corrective maintenance.Manage spare parts inventory. Reliability & PerformanceWith the Maintenance Planning Engineer track maintenance activities.Analyze root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.Compliance & SafetyEnsure maintenance activities comply with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards, LNG regulations, and company policies.Lead risk assessments and ensure all permits to work are properly managed.ReportingProvide regular reports on maintenance performance, KPIs, and asset integrity.Starting Date: asapAbout you:We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).Languages: Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.Experience: 8+ years of experience in maintenance, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in LNG, petrochemical, or oil & gas facilities.Main skills: Leadership & Team Management, Analytical & Decision-Making, Strong planning, and problem-solving.Knowledge: Technical Expertise in LNG Operations, Safety & Compliance Orientation, Cost Control, Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, cryogenic systems, and LNG processes.Your career with us:Working at Technip Energies is an inspiring journey, filled with groundbreaking projects and dynamic collaborations.
