With the Papernet brand, we also cater to the "Away-from-Home" sector, ensuring quality solutions for businesses and public spaces.Wherever you are, Sofidel is there, bringing comfort, quality, and sustainability to everyday life!PURPOSEContributing to the maintenance of technical efficiency and safety level of the plants, ensuring innovative solutions and constant optimization of the technology, processes and people knowledge.Main ResponsibilitiesSupports the Maintenance Manager to guarantee the efficiency in the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions, also coordinating the maintenance activities carried out by external suppliers;Collaborates with the Production Manager in order to guarantee the correct functioning of productive lines;Assists the Maintenance Manager in monitoring the budget and the costs; Constantly focuses on seeking innovative solutions for the optimisation of productive plants, energy consumption reduction and for the improvement of maintenance efficiency Liaises with the CTO area personnel in the process of permanent improvement in matters of productive efficiency, production costs, energy and raw materials consumption, and environmental impact;Assists the Maintenance Manager in managing the personnel in charge of maintenanceThe profile:Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;Experience in a similar position, in an industrial environmentProficiency in maintenance scheduling, technical troubleshooting, and equipment operation.Ability to manage projects and communicate cross-functionally.Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and implement corrective actions.Safety and quality: Deep understanding of safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.Financial acumen: Ability to contribute to budget management and cost analysis. English language - medium level;Organized and detail oriented person;Good communication skills and able to work in a team.
