Maintenance Manager

What will you be doing?Lead and manage the factory maintenance department to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all machinery, utilities, and infrastructure — with a focus on juice and dairy processing lines.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and extend asset life.Supervise, coach, and develop a team of technicians and engineers, ensuring high technical performance and adherence to safety standards.Monitor machine performance, analyze breakdown causes, and implement sustainable solutions to avoid reoccurrence.Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement based on critical equipment needs.Plan and execute maintenance during production shutdowns and coordinate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime.Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards across all maintenance activities.Evaluate new technologies, machinery, and automation systems that enhance efficiency and reduce energy consumption.Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and equipment manufacturers to ensure optimal technical support.Prepare and manage the maintenance budget while driving cost optimization and energy-saving initiatives.What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering or any related fieldMinimum 12 years of experience in maintenance within FMCG manufacturing – with strong exposure to juice, dairy, beverage processing lines.Proven track record in managing both preventive and corrective maintenance systems.Hands-on experience with pasteurization, filling, packaging, and utilitiesStrong leadership and team management skills with a focus on developing techniciansStrong analytical, planning, and vendor management skillsKnowledge of CMMS systems, maintenance KPIs, and lean maintenance practices.
