We are searching a passionate Talent being in charge of all maintenance activities of our boutiques in Central and Eastern Europe.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesMaintenance of buildings and technical installationsEnsuring the monitoring and application of contracts of maintenance and cleanliness servicesDefining all service contracts relating to installations and implements recommendations for the continuous improvement of servicesEnsuring the follow-up of preventive maintenance plans as well as the updates of the plans and diagrams of the technical installationsDefining maintenance programs with service providersEnsuring the proper implementation of this programGuaranteeing the quality of service to occupants and the clienteleParticipating in the development of the maintenance investment plan as well as in the drafting of maintenance and investment specificationsTaking part in receptions and handovers with the works teams (technical and architecture) in order to deploy maintenanceCoordinating the distribution, layout, renovation and removal of spacesWorking with respect and understanding of energy and environmental issuesPeriodic checksImplementing the program of periodic inspections in accordance with the recommendations of the inspection bodiesPerforming regular audits and verifications of contracts to monitor service delivery, value for money and to ensure compliance with contractual legislationLandlordsMaking oneself available for technical meetings with landlordsEnsuring the technical link with the lessors of its premisesSupporting common technical issues in line with occupancy agreementsExpenditure controlParticipating in the development of budgets for the role holder’s sectorManaging the budgets that are specifically allocated to the role holderRequest and negotiate the intervention tendersProfileSeveral years of experience in the same or similar fieldFluent in German and English; another language is a plusBachelor’s degree required, preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, or LogisticsWillingness to travelHighly autonomous and well-organizedStrong communication skillsReactive and solution-oriented mindsetWhat we offer youThe opportunity to join the LVMH Group (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy), the world leader in high-quality and luxury products.
