Maintenance Manager (Quản Lý Bảo Trì)

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage maintenance of auxiliary systems including electricity, steam, compressed air, and cold water systems.• Ensure the proper functioning of water treatment and wastewater processes.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.• Collaborate with team members to implement preventive maintenance plans.• Develop and maintain documentation related to maintenance activities.• Train and mentor staff on maintenance best practices and safety procedures.• Coordinate with external service providers for repairs and equipment upgrades.Job Description:- Establish and manage information for all infrastructure items, machinery, and equipment within the scope of maintenance for the Dairy Farm area (including electrical/refrigeration, water supply/drainage, construction, etc.).Plan, manage, and coordinate the maintenance budget and items; report activities to the Maintenance department weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually, or as requested by the Board of Directors.- Proactively research and propose solutions for troubleshooting and maintaining items within the maintenance scope to improve the operational uptime and efficiency of the system.- Manage processes and maintenance logs for machinery, equipment, and technical systems to ensure continuous, efficient, and cost-effective operation.- Assign tasks to department employees scientifically and reasonably, as well as manage and supervise the execution of maintenance and repair work. Ensure maintenance staff strictly adhere to regulations and technical procedures and complete work on schedule without affecting the operations of related departments. Simultaneously, ensure occupational safety and the best working conditions for employees.- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the implementation of internal or outsourced repair plans when incidents occur; flexibly resolve technical issues.- Supervise external contractors for specialized repair work, ensuring timely completion and quality.- Ensure hygiene, occupational safety, and fire prevention.- Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.Job requirements:● Bachelor’s degree in industrial electricity, electricity - electronics, automation or related advanced degree preferred.● Minimum of 3 years of experience in Maintenance Manager/Maintenance Supervisor
