Job Description
Mission:To lead and manage the Technical Support & Methods team in improving the performance of maintenance operations across the site. This includes enhancing equipment availability and reliability, optimizing maintenance strategies, improving technical standards, and ensuring effective implementation of methods and processes in line with SMQDC (Safety, Manufacturing, Quality, Delivery, Cost) objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop, review, and improve maintenance plans to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance strategy and execution.Ensure all activities comply with Engineering Practices (EP), Quality, and Sustainability standards.Guide and assist technical teams in implementing reliability improvement initiatives.Address Level 3 maintenance needs in coordination with sectors.Apply and promote the use of engineering methods and tools (BMA, FMEA, Bibsolv+, etc.).Develop and track KPIs and balanced scorecards to monitor progress.Improve equipment efficiency (TRS) in critical areas and bottlenecks.Optimize maintenance costs and reduce spare parts inventory and consumption.Build and strengthen the technical and methods competencies of the technical staff.Ensure proper knowledge transfer and training where necessary.Define and improve equipment and maintenance standards aligned with SMQDC domains.Ensure high-quality maintenance execution and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Ensure maintainability and reliability are integrated into new and existing equipment.Collaborate on the selection and setup of equipment from a maintenance point of view.Develop and coordinate a replacement plan for obsolete systems and components in collaboration with sectors and RTA.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in handling Heavy Equipment & maintenance managerial levelExperience leading a technical or maintenance team is preferredStrong knowledge of maintenance and reliability methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCA, TPM)Familiarity with technical tools and systems (e.g., CMMS, Bibsolv+)Ability to define and track KPIs and performance metricsUnderstanding of maintenance strategy development and spare parts managementStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesAnalytical mindset and problem-solving skillsGood communication and cross-functional collaborationProject management skills and ability to drive changeFluent in English (spoken and written) is preferableWillingness to work on site - rubber plantation area at Site Tebo, Jambi.Will Be handles Maintenance / Preventive / Materials for : Machines 60 Units , Buildings 300 units, Water Treatments Plan 4 units.
