Join us in shaping the future of cell therapy. What Can You Expect? Lead & develop your team You’ll supervise a team of Maintenance Engineers, set clear priorities, and help each team member grow through coaching and regular feedback. Daily shift meetings and performance input are part of your leadership role. Keep operations running smoothly You make sure all maintenance tasks - preventive and reactive - are executed efficiently. When issues arise, you're the first point of contact. You also manage spare parts and ensure the Equipment Alarm and On-Call system runs smoothly. Guard safety & compliance You create a strong culture of safety, quality, and compliance. You lead by example, ensure adherence to GMP standards, and support quality events like Deviations, CAPAs, and FMEAs. Drive improvement & strategy You work closely with Reliability Engineers to prevent recurring issues and improve processes.
