Our team, based in more than 35 countries worldwide, is united by a passion for excellence in everything we do.About the RoleThe Base Maintenance Group Supervisor, develops and supervises the execution of the Preventive Maintenance plan. Ensures systematic failure, problem and performance analysis on equipment, defining corrective actions and generating improvement opportunities. Supports the Engineering area in the research and assessment of the best equipment available and the startup of new pieces of equipment in the ERW / Pipe Mill at Saudi Steel PipesResponsibilitiesRequired SkillsWe are in the search of a Mechanical Engineer or Similar career, with more than 7 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within heavy industrial or pipe-manufacturing facilities, with technical expertise on:Hydraulic and Pneumatic systemsTroubleshootingMechanical drawings interpretationMechanical measurementsDemonstrated experience in equipment inspections (structural and mechanical), supervision of mechanical interventions.Proficiency in spare-parts management: defining technical specifications, critical stock levels, and ensuring parts availability to minimize downtime.Working knowledge of maintenance information systems (CMMS) such as SAP-PM or similar.Strong knowledge of HSE standards and risk assessment methodologies (LOTO, permit-to-work, incident reporting, risk analysis, environmental aspects)Ideal to have, experience in ERW lines, forming, sizing, welding, cutting, hydro-testing, finishing.CompetencesLeadership & Team Development: motivates, coaches and develops maintenance teams.Planning & Organization: excellent ability to plan and prioritize maintenance activities in coordination with production demands.Communication: Fluent English. Technical writing and report-generation ability in English is essential.
