Maintenance Technician

Area: North Brabant and Region RotterdamSalary: €36.000 - €58.000About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of machines and equipment. You’ll work with systems that combine mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic components, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.You will be part of a dynamic technical team and must be open to working in shifts (with shift allowance) as well as occasionally traveling to different customer locations.Your ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and installations.Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects.Work closely with engineers and production teams to ensure machine reliability.Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.Your ProfileDegree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical systems.Hands-on and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Willingness to work in shifts (with additional pay).Flexibility to travel to customer sites when required.Good communication skills in both Dutch and English are considered an advantage.What TMC OffersCompetitive salary: €3,000 – €4,800 per month, depending on experience.Permanent contract from day one.Training budget: €2,200 per year to support your professional growth.Profit sharing on top of your salary.A supportive environment that values innovation, teamwork, and development.
