Maintenance / Utilities Manager

Opportunity to join global FMCG manufacturing site in CorkSupporting the site to develop a strategy for engineering implementation & asset life-cycle-managementEnsure all team members have a proactive approach to H&S, Implementation of essential engineering processesSupport the introduction of a knowledge sharing system, and ensure all team members engage with such systemsDevelop training strategy and development plans for maintenance team membersLiaise with Internal stakeholders, external engineering personnel and third-party service providers.Set up and management of Service Level Agreements for standard servicing & maintenance of plant & utilities.Degree in Engineering or trades qualification with experience in a process industry (food/ pharmaceutical/ medical devices desirable).Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.Strong people management skills.Ability to apply engineering principles in practical application.Strong business knowledge and ability to interface with manufacturing organization
