Job Description

Job TitleExecutive, Maintenance Operations Centre (Admin)Reports ToSenior Manager, MaintenanceRole PurposeResponsible for the overall administration and coordination of Maintenance Control Center (MCC) activities. This includes managing correspondence, technical data, and generating reports to support informed decision-making, maintenance efficiency, and effective planning across all maintenance operations sections. Key AccountabilityProvide administrative support to assist the Head of MCC in daily operations. Update and manage technical data and reports as required by MCC. Organize and prepare reports such as MRIEA, concessions, and other documents for submission to relevant authorities when needed. Maintain data entry for MOC KPI performance tracking and EVS reporting.

Manage and update operational manuals and ensure proper filing of documents required for MCC daily operations. Perform various technical and administrative reporting tasks in support of the Head of MCC. Monitor MCC staff training needs, maintain training records, and ensure compliance with mandatory and optional training requirements, including upkeep of the Learning Needs Analysis. Maintain proper records of all official memos and communications mediums. Coordinate and oversee security arrangements related to MCC operations. Assist in annual budget preparations and monitor expenditure tracking with relevant departments. Monitor and manage inventory levels of office tools and supplies.

Handle procurement processes including ordering and tracking of required items. Identify areas for process improvement and implement administrative efficiency initiatives. Participate in training and development to remain updated with industry practices and regulatory changes. Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Qualifications & Working ExperienceCompleted formal training in Engineering or an aviation-related discipline from a recognized institution, with preferably 2-5 years of experience in an Engineering & Maintenance environment. Familiar with CAAM Part M, Part 145, and Part 147 regulations, with sound knowledge of maintenance operations, planning, engineering processes, and training requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Demonstrates independent thinking and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong communication, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills. Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion. Adaptable, dependable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
