In this role, you will play a key part in driving cross-functional projects that enhance operational efficiency, design seller growth initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of programs. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across functions to deliver impactful outcomes.Job DescriptionAssist in planning, implementing, and monitoring Mall initiatives to improve businessTrack project milestones, deliverables and timelines to ensure smooth executionAnalyze performance data, highlight trends and risks, and propose actionable recommendationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and problem-solvingPrepare regular reports and presentations to evaluate project performance and business impact.Identify process gaps and propose improvements to maximize project impacts and enhance efficiencyRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.1–3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, consulting or similar role.Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, ability to structure and interpret dataExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
