About The TeamThe People Experience team is a global team of 8 members that supports employees across multiple countries with dedicated specialists for various regions. The team manages employee relations, HR operations, and payroll, collaborating closely with other departments like People partners, IT, and Finance.
They offer a flexible working scheme and handle diverse responsibilities such as employment contracts, legal compliance, HR projects, continuous improvement, HR processes. What You’ll Do HR Operations (Germany, Brasil & USA): Manage employment contracts, liaise with local authorities, collaborate with departments on HR/payroll processes, handle employee HR/payroll questions, prepare reports, process payroll data, manage international assignments and relocations, and execute internal HR/payroll decisions. Employee Relations (Germany, Brasil & USA): Manage Employee Relations, handle HR queries and complex cases, implement employee programs and policies, support HR tools, and assist with audits. General:
Align operations with company strategy, manage employee relationships, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes. What You’ll Bring Experience in HR, IT environment, and 2+ years as an HR Generalist/Specialist with Personnel Administration and HR Information Systems focus. English proficiency, and knowledge of European labor law. Resourceful, diligent, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvement. The base salary for this position is from €3000 to €3500 gross (before taxes) monthly.
