We’re looking for a Management Accountant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving financial clarity and operational excellence across the businessWhat You’ll Be DoingOwn and deliver month-end processes including reconciliations, journals, and performance reporting.Mentor and support the Purchase and Sales Ledger team, fostering a kind, inclusive environment where people grow and thrive.Manage banking authorisations, credit checks, and debtor relationships with precision and professionalism.Lead payroll processing, VAT submissions, and pension reconciliations with confidentiality and care.Collaborate across departments to produce insightful budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and suppliers.Contribute to ad hoc financial projects that shape the future of our business.What You’ll BringA recognised accounting qualification (or working towards one).A kind and collaborative attitude, with a passion for mentoring and supporting others.Strong technical knowledge and a proactive, curious approach to problem-solving.Confidence in communicating financial insights to both finance and non-finance colleagues.A dynamic mindset and commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.Benefits;     25 days annual leave plus bank holidays with an extra day per year of service up to a maximum of 30 days.Employee Assistance Program.
