Job Description

We're looking for a detail-driven and collaborative Management Accountant to join our Government & Integrated Facilities Management team in New Zealand. In this role, you'll help shape the financial backbone of our operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across our essential services. Reporting to the Finance Team Lead, you'll be part of a team that values integrity, innovation and continuous improvement. Please note this position is a 15 month contract. What You'll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Lead cost control systems and financial monitoring processes Deliver timely and accurate reporting, including weekly and month-end reports Oversee contract management and RCTI processes Represent finance in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions Drive improvements in financial workflows and systems What You'll Bring Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Finance/Management. CA ANZ / CPA membership. Proven experience in financial management and accounting with a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, EOM reporting, and data analysis. Sound understanding of relevant accounting standards/guidelines, and applicable legislation.
