Working with Outlet Manager to manage all F&B and day-to-day operationsLearn from Outlet Manager / Chef to acquire information about methods, procedures, and standards required to perform and excel in your trainingServe guests efficiently and cater to special requests of guestsMaintain cleanliness and ensure hygiene standards are met according to Companys requirementsProgressively master the skills to run restaurant operationsKnowledge of preparation of food and inventory levels of the kitchenUpon completion of all basic training, set new goals and objectives with the management for your progression in the companyPerform any ad-hoc duties as required by ManagementEnsure staffs follow company safety SOPFollow company safety SOPAt least GCE O-Level / Diploma / Degree qualificationsAble to perform split shift and work on weekends and public holidaysWith F&B experience is an asset but not essentialPleasant and cheerful personality, energetic and team playerWilling to learn and has passion for service industryProvide friendly and professional service to customersAble to multi-task and adapt to fast paced environmentPossess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate
