In addition, consultants need to apply their skills in project and program management while exhibiting leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process, technology, and organisational change. Finally, consultants also need to have a working knowledge of the industry and/or the functional areas they serve.Your RoleManagement Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation. Supply Chain Management professionals help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.Your responsibilities may include:Business diagnosis and planning activitiesAnalyzing and assuring quality of the data collectedAssisting in formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized gapsSupervising business architecture and process design activitiesAssisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIsBusiness architecture implementation activitiesDefining testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities and processesDeveloping and testing business processes, capabilities, and architecturesPreparing the client for deployment (communications, training)QualificationsKnowledge of Supply Chain Assessment and Strategy and experience in the following skills: Business Model Development, Business Performance Management, Transformational Outsourcing, and M&A IntegrationAbility to meet travel requirements, when applicableAt least 5 years' relevant experience in Consulting and/or Supply Chain Management industryMinimum Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent specializationProfessional Skill RequirementsProven success in contributing to a team-oriented environmentProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentDesire to work in an information systems environmentExcellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
