This gives you the confidence that you are in the right place.Core CompetenciesStrong background in procurement strategy, sourcing, and supplier managementExperience in cost reduction Skilled in category management and supplier relationship management (SRM)Good to have an understanding of contracting, risk management, and compliance in procurementAbility to design and implement procurement operating models and processesFunctional & Industry ExperienceProven track record in procurement transformation programs (e.g., cost reduction, digital procurement, supplier innovation)Experience with procurement in regulated industries (public sector, energy, infrastructure, etc.) is a plusPositive with familiarity with digital procurement tools and platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ivalua or similar)Consulting SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with structured thinkingAbility to translate strategic objectives into practical initiativesProject management experience, ideally in large-scale transformations or post-merger integrationsExperience in stakeholder management and C-level communicationStrong change management and facilitation skillsPersonal AttributesCommercial mindset with focus on value creationExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in cross-functional and international teamsSelf-driven, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguityDemonstrated ability to challenge clients constructively
