Now, we’re looking for a driven Management Trainee to join our journey, based at our HQ in Stockholm.What You Will DoAs our Management Trainee, you’ll be at the heart of Bond Health Group’s mission to scale our businesses and drive innovation. You’ll work closely with and report directly to our CEO, gaining unique insights into strategic decision-making and the inner workings of a fast-growing wellness group.This is a hands-on role that will expose you to a broad range of challenges and opportunities across our group – from strategy and analysis to project execution and operational improvements. Every day will bring something new, and you will be expected to quickly plug into different situations, find solutions, and ensure progress.Examples of projects you may take part in:Strategic initiatives that shape the future of the group – including market analysis, business case development, and implementation.Operational improvements to enhance how we work – such as process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.Innovation sprints and growth projects – whether it is new business ideas, geographic expansion, acquisitions and business partnershipsExecutive support – assisting in day-to-day management tasks, spanning from coffee making to preparation of Board meetings.This is a demanding yet highly rewarding role designed to accelerate your professional growth. Over the course of six months, you will build a strong foundation in business leadership, strategic execution, and operational scaling.
