Gantrex is known for its commitment to providing top-notch products and services worldwide.Role DescriptionThe Technical Sales Executive is responsible for the organization, the execution, the daily follow-up and the efficient as well as proficient close-up of the assigned projects in the field of Crane Tracks, in accordance with the quality standards and Group guidelines & policies of Gantrex.QualificationsProgram Management skillsStrong Analytical SkillsExcellent Communication skillsExperience in TrainingProficiency in Customer ServiceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or any related fieldAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to relocate to Johor BahruJob RolePreparation of costings, from various communications between inter department and inter companies.To seek and provide technical, commercial, and logistic support to the Sales Manager's and related integration.Elaborate the technical and commercial proposal/needs of Projects in collaboration with Sales Manager, Project Manager, Purchasing DeptHe/She is deputed to the preparation of quotations on Tender Stage; in particular, with other departments (Technical Dept., Purchase Dept., Back-Office, Installation Dept. and Financial Dept.), he/she shall prepare the first assessment of the project for Technical feasibility;To prepare timely reports as and when requiredReports to the Proposal Manager➢ Planning feasibility for production, purchase, shipment and installation;➢ Financial compliancy of the general contract clauses, timelines and conditions.Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skillsComputer techie would be idealMicrosoft knowledge would be essentialStrong Communication skills especially in EnglishExperience with sales processes and client relationship managementDiploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or any related fieldAbility to work on-site in Johor BaharuPermanent role
