PRAN Group is looking for Management Trainee Officer-EHS (Civil Engineering & Environmental Science)Job Description / ResponsibilityAssist in conducting environmental impact assessments and audits.Support the implementation of waste management, pollution control, and water conservation plans.Monitor and ensure compliance with all local, state, and national environmental regulations (e.g., PCB, MoEFCC).Collect and analyze environmental data (air, water, noise) and prepare reports.Participate in daily site safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.Assist in conducting Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments for construction and operational activities.Support the investigation of incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and help in developing corrective actions.Promote a strong safety culture by participating in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness campaigns.Learn and help maintain all necessary EHS documentation, permits, and legal registers.Assist in preparing and submitting statutory reports to regulatory bodies.Support the team in ensuring compliance with IS, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.Undergo structured training modules on EHS laws, safety management systems, and emergency preparedness.Assist in developing and delivering EHS induction and refresher training for workers and staff.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil EngineeringBachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental ScienceMaster of Science (MSc) in Civil EngineeringMaster of Science (MSc) in Environmental ScienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Science/Engineering from a recognized private & public universityExperience RequirementsAt most 1 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (FMCG),Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)Freshers are also encouraged to apply.Additional RequirementsA strong academic record and a genuine passion for Environment, Health, and SafetyExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and observation skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with workers and managementProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Willingness to travel and work across various project sitesJob LocationGazipur, Habiganj, Narsingdi, Natore
