Join Qiddiya Investment Company as the Manager - CCU Shift Management, where you will play a key role in overseeing the operations of the Control and Command Unit (CCU). This position is vital for ensuring all operational shifts are managed effectively and that standard procedures are followed to create a safe and seamless experience for all guests.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily CCU operations, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards while managing staff during assigned shiftsCoordinate communication between different operational teams to facilitate a collective response to incidents and emergenciesMonitor shift activities and performance metrics, making real-time adjustments to optimize efficiency and respond to operational challengesConduct briefings and debriefings with team members to ensure clarity of responsibilities and sharing of vital informationDrive continuous improvements by analyzing shift reports, identifying areas for development, and implementing necessary changesEnsure compliance with safety regulations, operational policies, and quality assurance standards at all timesProvide mentorship and training to shift personnel to enhance their capabilities and ensure professional growthOversee incident management processes and ensure accurate documentation for accountability and follow-upCollaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to site management and guest services during shiftsRequirements Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Operations Management Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Proficient in the use of management software and communication tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices Detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsBenefitsOffering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
