Manager - Employee Relations & Wellbeing | Aitken Spence Corporate Services (Group HR) The Employee Relations & Wellbeing Officer plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive, respectful, and legally compliant workplace. The role is responsible for maintaining strong employer-employee relationships, supporting the investigation & resolution of grievances and conflicts, and promoting the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of employees across the Group. This position works collaboratively with HR Business Partners, line managers, and other stakeholders to proactively address employee concerns and support the execution of key Group HR initiatives aimed at employee engagement, wellbeing, and workplace harmony. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Address employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts promptly and fairly Conduct workplace investigations and disciplinary proceedings in compliance with company policies and labor laws Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, policies, and employment legislation Design, implement, and review HR policies and protocols Ensure practices comply with employment laws and maintain confidential records of investigations and resolutions Track patterns in employee concerns and deliver training on grievance handling and workplace behavior Promote a workplace free from harassment, bullying, and discrimination Coordinate with the Employee Engagement team to implement wellness initiatives and events Collaborate with business leaders and line managers to create supportive work environments Conduct surveys and facilitate feedback sessions to assess the impact of wellbeing programs
