Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a passionate and dedicated Manager - Entertainment Facilities Management to join our team for the Six Flags entertainment district. This role is vital in ensuring the operational excellence and maintenance of all entertainment facilities, ensuring they meet both safety standards and guest satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations and management of entertainment facilities, including rides, attractions, and showsImplement and monitor maintenance schedules for all entertainment assets to ensure peak operational performanceCollaborate with team members to enhance guest experience and safety protocolsCoordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repairsDevelop and manage budgets related to facility operations and maintenanceLead training efforts for staff on operational and safety procedures within the facilitiesConduct regular inspections and audits of all facilities to uphold quality and compliance standardsAssist in the planning and execution of new entertainment attractions and facility enhancementsRespond to facility emergencies and operational issues swiftly to minimize disruptionsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field5 - 7 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on entertainment or hospitality sectorsProven experience in managing maintenance teams and contractor oversightStrong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in the entertainment industryExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze operational data and implement improvements effectivelyExperience in budget management and financial analysisKnowledge of rides and attractions maintenance practices is a plusBenefitsOffering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
