Our modular spaces support schools, elderly care homes, worker housing, and crisis response — and they can be moved, reused, and repurposed again and again.We are now looking for a Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis, to join the Adapteo Group Finance team.In this role, you will work to strengthen financial planning, forecasting, and performance management practices across the Group, ensuring consistent, timely, and insight-driven financial outputs as well as being a key contributor in the Group management reporting and financial planning processes.The Group FP&A team works closely with the Business Unit finance teams and the company’s Senior Leadership as one of the key functions within Group Finance. You will contribute directly to core FP&A activities while helping ensure that planning, forecasting, and performance management are executed in a consistent and effective way across the Group. The position combines hands-on analytical work with coordination and collaboration across finance teams, supporting consistent Group processes while staying close to the business.Key responsibilities:As part of Group FP&A, work closely with BU Finance teams to support high-quality reporting, forecasting, and planning, ensuring aligned assumptions, consistent outputs, and a shared understanding of business performance across the Group.Contribute to the preparation of Group-level management reporting, coordination and execution of forecasting and planning cycles, ensuring that insights from the business are reflected in consolidated FP&A deliverables.Support performance understanding by analyzing trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities together with BU Finance and Group Finance colleagues.Contribute to regular performance follow-up and review discussions, helping ensure performance is understood and addressed in a structured and constructive way.Develop, embed, and continuously improve common Group-wide FP&A ways of working, processes, tools, and methodologies—supporting consistent, efficient, and high-quality delivery and outputs.Perform focused reviews, deep-dive analyses, and benchmarking to support performance improvement initiatives and management discussions.What do we expect from the candidate:Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.7-10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, business controlling, or similar roles.Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and data into clear insights. High attention to detail with the ability to maintain a big-picture perspective.Strong business and financial acumen, with a solid understanding of value creation drivers and how operational and commercial decisions impact financial performance.Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and constructively challenging performance and assumptions.Strong technical FP&A know-how combined with a keen interest in how technology can enable high-quality planning and analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong understanding and practical experience with financial systems and data tools (e.g. EPM, ERP, BI).Experience from project-based or asset-heavy businesses is considered a merit.Full professional proficiency in English.We value a structured, pragmatic, and collaborative approach.
