Manager - Full Stack Developer

This role reports to the IT Software Development and Application Support Manager, and will be doing the in house development covering both front end and back end as full stack developer. Job Responsibilities Developing new features & enhancing existing application functions:Understand users’ requirements and translate them into application featuresWrite high quality source code to program enhancementsPerform unit and integration testingPerform functional and non-functional testingRespect the development standardsKeep up with trends in terms of standard, technologies or methodologiesEnrich the backlog of issues (source of recurring incidents), including description, impact/recurrence/prioritySelf-organize continuous learning on the IT applications and landscapeJob RequirementAt least 5 years of experience in C# programming languageKnowledge of .NET Framework (including WCF & WPF) or ASP.NET Advanced level in SQL (SQL Server) (at least 6 years)REST API design and developmentKnowledge of clean and tested code writingWilling to work with other programming languages and frameworks where appropriate, particularly React and PythonGood troubleshooting skills to find out root cause of issue and provide valuable suggestions to resolve the problemAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions with good design and supportabilityExperience in Software Development Life Cycle (e.g., Agile)Strong communication skills, especially when engaging with stakeholdersUsers-oriented mindset and is a team player Ability to work under pressure and manage constraintsStrong discipline in documentationCandidate from banking background will be advantageous Only Singaporean and SPR needs to apply
