About the RoleThe Manager – HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders and employees. This role aligns human resources strategies with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness, foster positive employee experience, and build a high-performance culture.Key AccountabilitiesStrategic Partnership:Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and provide HR guidance to achieve organizational objectivesIdentify HR solutions to support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategiesAct as a change agent to support business transformation and continuous improvement initiativesTalent Management & Development:Support managers in identifying talent gaps and succession planningPartner with Learning & Development to design and implement employee development programsProvide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance and career growthEmployee Relations:Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues with fairness and consistencyPromote a positive work environment and culture of engagement, inclusion and respectEnsure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standardsPerformance & Rewards:Support the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and feedbackAnalyze workforce data to recommend improvements in performance and reward systemsHR Operations:Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvementEnsure consistency and efficiency in HR processes, policies, and systemsQualifications, Skills and Experience:Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences or related fieldWith 7-10 years of proven experience in HR role, preferably in an HRBP or HR Generalist capacityStrong understanding of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements; solid knowledge of HR best practices across recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planningStrategic thinking, relationship building, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, change management, coaching & facilitation, analytical mindsetWith excellent communication skillsProficient in MS OfficeAbout Asian Terminals IncorporatedAsian Terminals Inc.
