Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - In-licensing & Business Development, based in Mumbai. The candidate will oversee and manage the in-licensing process, identify potential partners, and evaluate partnership opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting market research and analysis, leading contract negotiations, developing strategic licensing plans, and supporting business development activities. The candidate will also liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of licensing strategies. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to conduct comprehensive market research and risk analysis.Proficiency in Brand Licensing and Licensing processes to identify potential partnership opportunities.Expertise in Contract Negotiation with a focus on ensuring favorable partnership agreements.Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.Proven experience in business development or licensing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.Educational background in pharmacy, life sciences, business, or a related field.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
