Job Description

Job Propose:To lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of OD frameworks and Rewards programs that support Ardara’s strategic objectives, enhance organizational capability, and ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. The role will act as a strategic advisor to leadership, ensuring alignment with Vision 2030, PIF standards, and best HR practices.Job-Specific Accountabilities:Organization Development (OD)Lead organization design projects: structure reviews, workforce planning, spans & layers, capability alignment.Develop and update job families, job architecture, competency frameworks, and career paths.Conduct organization effectiveness assessments and recommend improvements.Drive cultural transformation initiatives aligned with Ardara Values.Lead change management programs and ensure effective communication plans.Rewards & CompensationLead compensation benchmarking studies (market pricing, job evaluation, salary structure updates).Oversee base pay, allowances, benefits, incentive programs, and retention mechanisms.Maintain and update the company’s grading structure (e.g., Korn Ferry Hay methodology).Conduct internal equity analysis and propose salary adjustments.Design variable pay programs, including bonus frameworks and recognition programs.Governance, Policies, and Systems:Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures related to OD & Rewards.Ensure governance alignment with Board, NRC, and Audit requirements.Work closely with HR Systems to enhance automation, reporting, and analytics.Prepare reports, business cases, and presentations for senior management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.Years of Experience: 10+ years of professional experience.Professional Certifications (Preferred):WorldatWork (GRP / CCP).SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP.CIPD Level 5.
