Manager - Prepaid CVM

stc Kuwait is actively recruiting for the role of Manager - Prepaid CVM. In this role, you will support in the design and execution of successful CVM strategy across prepaid segments that extend customer lifetime value and maximize consumer revenue through segmented campaigns and programs in collaboration with segment owners, channels and IT functions.Roles And ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Develop and implement prepaid CVM strategies: Create and execute strategies for managing thecustomer lifecycle of prepaid subscribers this includes customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement,upselling, cross-selling, and retention. Offers and campaigns management: Design and manage targeted offers and campaigns to driveprepaid customer value and revenue growth. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling offers, promotions, and personalized communication strategies. Subscriber segmentation and targeting: Analyze customer data and segment prepaid subscribersbased on demographics, usage patterns, behavior and preferences. Identify customer segments with thehighest potential for value creation to enrich the overall targeting strategies. Campaign management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive prepaid subscriberacquisition, reactivation, and upselling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales,and customer service, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with business objectives. Channel optimization: Optimize the use of various customer touchpoints and channels to driveprepaid customer value.
