Job Description
The Manager - QA/QC - Facilities Management at Qiddiya Investment Company plays a critical role in ensuring that all facilities management operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The QA/QC Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems across all facilities and infrastructure projects. This role ensures that all construction, maintenance, and operational activities meet the required standards, specifications, and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and inspection plans for all engineering and facilities-related activitiesOversee quality control processes during construction, commissioning, and operational phases of rides, buildings, and utilitiesConduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standardsCoordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure corrective actions are takenReview and approve method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittalsMaintain documentation and records of QA/QC activities, including non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and quality reportsLead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performanceProvide training and guidance to project and maintenance teams on quality standards and best practicesEnsure compliance with local and international regulations, including ISO standards and safety codesSupport handover and acceptance processes by verifying quality deliverables and documentationRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)Minimum 8-10 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacityExperience in theme parks, hospitality, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirableStrong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, ISO standards, and regulatory complianceProficient in quality management systems, audit tools, and reporting softwareExcellent leadership, communication, and analytical skillsFluent in English; Arabic is an advantageCore CompetenciesQuality Assurance & ControlRegulatory ComplianceRisk Management & MitigationTeam Leadership & TrainingContinuous ImprovementBenefitsOffering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
