As Manager, you will guide day-to-day operations, manage key retailer relationships, and ensure that every activation drives measurable business outcomes.This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within one of the most dynamic and strategic practices of Publicis Media. You will contribute to shaping the future of commerce and retail media in the region while developing solid expertise and exposure across major brands and retailers.Responsibilities-Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of retail media campaigns across major retailers and marketplaces in the GCC. -Translate client goals into actionable retail media strategies aligned with platform capabilities and performance metrics. -Oversee campaign delivery, measurement, and reporting to ensure strong performance and continuous improvement. -Manage relationships with retailers, tech partners, and data providers to ensure quality, innovation, and operational excellence. -Support the growth of the retail media practice by developing best practices, playbooks, and internal processes. -Prepare and deliver client presentations, performance deep dives, and strategic recommendations. -Collaborate closely with performance, commerce, analytics, and planning teams to integrate retail media within broader media and business strategies. -Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities to support the expansion of Publicis Media’s retail media offering. -Mentor junior team members and ensure high standards in delivery and client servicing.Requirements: -Five to eight years of experience in digital media, performance marketing, e-commerce, or retail media.- Proven experience managing campaigns end to end, with strong familiarity across retail media platforms and measurement approaches. -Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations.- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional collaboration. -Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in front of clients
