Joining Sajeeb Group means becoming part of a dynamic team that values talent, integrity, and performance.Job Purpose:To ensure smooth, cost-effective, and efficient management of all company transportation operations including vehicle scheduling, driver supervision, route planning, maintenance coordination, and compliance with company policies and government regulations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the transport department including vehicles, drivers, and logistics schedules.Develop and implement transport policies, procedures, and safety standards.Plan and optimize vehicle routes to ensure timely and efficient service.Maintain records of vehicle movement, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.Supervise drivers — monitor attendance, performance, discipline, and grooming standards.Ensure all company vehicles are properly licensed, insured, and maintained.Monitor and control overall vehicle operating costs, including fuel, maintenance, and repair expenses.Plan and implement strategies to increase the number of down trips to improve vehicle utilization and cost efficiency.Control transportation costs by monitoring fuel usage, repair expenses, and overtime.Coordinate with the maintenance department for timely servicing and repairs.Ensure strict compliance with traffic rules and company safety protocols.Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, vehicle utilization, and department KPIs.Handle accident/incident reports and liaise with insurance or law enforcement authorities when required.Manage vendor relationships (e.g., vehicle rental or maintenance service providers).Support senior management with budget planning and transport-related cost optimization.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsSkills Required: Transport Management, Transport OperationExperience RequirementsAt least 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Group of CompaniesJob LocationNarayanganj
