Blue Planet Group is looking for Manager- Import and Cash IncentiveJob Description / ResponsibilityRun the import operation as per SOPs within budget complying all import regulations, trade laws, and customs procedure.Run the local export operation as per SOPs complying all banking, local export practices and customs regulations.Undertake and maximize cash incentive claim complying relevant regulations.Perform commercial treasury function, reporting and managing import liability, allocating and reporting export proceed and meeting internal fund requirement.Train, lead and coordinate the import and cash incentive team in such a way that induces maximum HR optimization and reflects succession planning.Educational RequirementsMaster of Commerce (MCom)Master of Business Administration (MBA)Skills Required: Cash Incentive, Leadership, Teamwork, Commercial ImportExperience RequirementsAt least 8 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments,Textile,Hotel,Airline,Group of CompaniesAdditional RequirementsAn in-depth knowledge and commercial experienceKnowledge on supply chain managementImport policy, Foreign exchange transaction guideline given by Bangladesh bank, UCP 700, Incoterm 2020, updated BCT.Job LocationDhaka (Uttara)
