MR Corporation exports and trades premium agro, jute, textile, and manufactured products, working with trusted producers in Bangladesh and abroad. The company is growing its procurement network internationally, relying on verified suppliers and digital platforms. We are based in Dhaka and planning to expand regionally and partner internationally.POSITION SUMMARYThe Manager- Sales & Market Development is to lead MR Corporation’s export market development strategy, drive international sales growth, and establish long-term partnerships with global buyers. This role combines strategic planning, market intelligence, and relationship management to ensure sustainable revenue growth and brand recognition in target markets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Market Development· Research and analyze international markets to identify growth opportunities.·  Develop market entry and expansion strategies aligned with company objectives.·  Monitor competitor activities and emerging trends to inform business decisionsInternational Buyer Acquisition & Relationship Management· Identify and secure high-value buyers, distributors, and agents.· Negotiate and close export contracts ensuring profitable and sustainable terms.· Maintain long-term partnerships through excellent client engagement.Marketing & Brand Promotion· Lead digital marketing campaigns, trade fair participation, and B2B platform management.· Oversee the creation of promotional materials, product catalogues, and presentations for global audiences.· Enhance brand visibility and reputation in target markets.Sales Performance & Reporting· Develop quarterly and annual international sales forecasts.· Monitor performance against KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior management.· Track buyer satisfaction and respond proactively to client feedback.Collaboration & Mentorship· Coordinate with sourcing, logistics, and marketing teams for seamless operations.· Mentor junior sales and marketing staff, sharing best practices.· Foster a results-driven, customer-focused culture.QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field (MBA preferred).· Minimum 4-6 years in B2B export sales, international market development, or similar roles.· Proven track record in acquiring and managing international buyers.· Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and export compliance is preferred.CORE COMPETENCIES· Strategic thinking & business acumen· Strong negotiation & cross-cultural communication skills· Leadership & team mentoring· Analytical mindset with results-oriented approachCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS· Opportunity to lead international market growth for a dynamic company· Exposure to global buyers and trade events· Career growth in export sales and business development· Competitive salary and performance-based incentives· Annual Salary review.· Subsidized lunch & mobile allowanceInterested candidates are encouraged to submit their CV and Cover letter to mrcorporationbgd@gmail.com Application deadline 15 November 2025
