Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our Regional AR operations across the territories including Europe, India and the Middle East. You’ll play a key role in strengthening relationships with our customers in these regions, improving collections and cash flow, and supporting our global growth. The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for reconciling customer accounts by overseeing the process of matching customer payments to their outstanding invoices and verifying the accuracy of the AR sub-ledger against the general ledger. This role includes resolving discrepancies, tracking and reviewing customer credit deductions, ensuring all payments are correctly applied, and maintaining accurate financial records to support cash flow and internal controls.This is a particularly exciting time to join — our Regional AR function is transitioning to the Netherlands for the first time, which means you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the team, build processes from the ground up, and set new standards for efficiency and collaboration.About Movado B.V.One of the world’s premier watchmakers, our client designs, sources and distributes multiple brands in the Watch and Jewelry segment worldwide.About The RoleThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategy and hands-on leadership — someone who wants to build a modern, data-driven AR function from the ground up, within existing processes.You’ll be part of the first chapter of our AR team in the Netherlands, helping to establish best practices, implement process improvements, and shape a strong, scalable foundation for future growth across multiple regions.What You’ll DoLead and develop an international AR team, ensuring smooth and accurate billing, reconciling accounts with our customers, identify and work with other departments to resolve discrepancies, tracking and reviewing customer credit deductions, collections, and cash application.Manage day-to-day AR performance across multiple countries, ensuring timely collections and excellent customer relationships.Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to support business growth while managing financial risk.Monitor key AR KPIs (DSO, aging, cashflow) and provide insights to senior leadership.Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.Support the rollout of scalable AR processes that can be duplicated into new or existing markets.What You’ll Bring6+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash, ideally within an international environment.Experience leading or coaching a team.Strong financial, analytical and organisational skills with a continuous improvement mindset.Solid understanding of AR systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).Excellent communication skills in English (another language is a plus).What We Offer8% holiday allowance and 5% pension contribution (shared employer/employee).Hybrid working (3 days in office).25 vacation days plus public holidays.Opportunities to grow your career within our expanding global finance organization.Hybrid working model.Attractive employee discount and Long Service Awards.Movado Group, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
