ResponsibilitiesLead and manage civil works including foundations, structures, roads, and water systems for the thermal power plant.Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and other departments to ensure smooth execution.Review and approve civil drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.Monitor project progress, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations.Provide technical guidance and resolve site-related issues promptly.QualificationsB.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred).15–20 years of experience in large-scale industrial or power projects
